Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AI4Front, a service of Sysnovo, Inc. ("Sysnovo", "we", "us"), including ai4front.com, our phone line (818) 805-2515, our AI assistant, demos, text messages and paid plans. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

AI4Front gives local businesses a web page with an AI assistant that answers chats and calls, plus, on paid plans, a domain and a Google Workspace email account that we set up. The assistant is an AI: it can make mistakes, and it only knows what you give it. You're responsible for the information it shares about your business.

Demos

Demos are free and may be deleted after about two weeks if you don't sign up.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay. You can cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid month. Domains we register for you are registered in your name, and you can take them with you once your account is settled.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, deceptive or abusive, or to send unwanted messages.

SMS Terms

Program: Sysnovo, Inc. (AI4Front) text messages. When you call (818) 805-2515, our AI assistant asks for permission before texting you, in these words: "This is Erica, the AI assistant for Sysnovo, Inc., the company behind AI4Front. I can text you a one-time link to continue on our website. You'll get one or two messages about this request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Is it okay if I text the number you're calling from?" If you say yes, you agree to receive text messages from Sysnovo, Inc. (AI4Front) about that request. Full details: ai4front.com/sms.

Frequency: message frequency varies, usually one or two messages per conversation.

Costs: message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@sysnovoinc.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.
