AI4Front is a service of Sysnovo, Inc. ("Sysnovo", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use ai4front.com, talk or chat with our AI assistant, call us at (818) 805-2515, or receive text messages from us, and what we do with it.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What we collect

What you tell us: your name, business name, website, email address, phone number, and anything you share in a chat or call. When you sign up, we also collect your business address and the details needed to register your domain and email account. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Conversations: chats and calls with our AI assistant are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request and improve the service.

Returning visitors: when you start a chat with our AI assistant, ai4front.com keeps a random ID in your browser. It isn't an advertising cookie and isn't used on other websites. If you chat with us again from the same browser, it lets us connect your new conversation to your earlier ones when we follow up. Clearing this website's data in your browser removes it.

Basic technical data: like most websites, our servers receive your IP address and browser details when you visit.

How we use it

To answer your questions, build your demo, set up and run your service, contact you about your request or account, send the text messages you ask for, process payments, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service for us, and only as needed: ElevenLabs (AI voice and chat), Google (hosting, AI and Google Workspace), Twilio (phone calls and text messages), Stripe (payments) and name.com (domain registration). We may also share information when the law requires it. None of them receive your information for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

Sysnovo, Inc. (AI4Front) texts you only after you agree to it. When you call (818) 805-2515, our AI assistant asks whether it may text you a link to continue on our website, and sends it only if you say yes (how this works, word for word: ai4front.com/sms). We use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for, about your request and your setup. Message frequency varies, usually one or two messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver the messages for us.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Demos that don't become accounts are deleted after about two weeks.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@sysnovoinc.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including knowing what we collect and asking us to delete it; we honor those requests.
